WHEN DO WE DELIVER

Delivery of orders within India will take 5-7 days from the date of dispatch. Delivery of International orders can take anywhere between 5-15 days from the date of dispatch.

Free shipping anywhere in India

For shipping outside India: (a) no shipping charges will be applicable on orders exceeding USD 300,  (b) a flat shipping charge of USD 20 would be applicable on all orders below USD 300.

SHIPPING RESTRICTION

Any items notified by our courier companies to be restricted and/or banned and/or prohibited from time to time(including but not limited to animals, bullion, currency, bearer from negotiable instruments, precious metals and stones, firearms or parts thereof and ammunition, human remains, pornography and illegal narcotics/drugs).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Order cut-off times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours with the exception of sale periods where it may take up to 72 hours. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes for international orders. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. 

For all deliveries, a porch or door delivery without signature may be done. This is in line with international standards of shipping. We do not necessarily require a signature for goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to You. If You have specified a third party recipient for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then You accept that evidence of a porch delivery at the address given (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by Us of Our obligation.

For Indian Customers

Product Prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.

For International Customers

The price includes custom duties for orders shipped within USA.

For any other country, the orders are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
